What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is a closed space where the goal is to escape within a certain time by solving puzzles and game elements. Usually the time is 60 minutes.
Am I really locked up?
It is possible to leave the room at any time by means of an emergency button should any calamities occur during the visit. There is also camera surveillance during the games.
Is it scary?
That is very personal. The Escape Rooms can certainly be called mysterious and exciting.
Is there a recommended age?
We recommend a minimum age of 16 years, always accompanied by an adult.
When is a booking final?
A booking is final when you have received a confirmation email after placing the booking.
Do I have to make the payment online immediately?
No, you can pay the amount on location with a debit card or cash.
Can I change the booking after confirmation?
Yes, this is possible up to 24 hours before the start. Please contact us for this.
I'm not sure yet how many people I'll be coming with.
In that case, you book the room with the minimum number of people that you know for sure will be there. On location, you can then pay the amount for the final number of people.
How far in advance should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the game.
